I CAN SHOW HOW THAT USING NESTED PISTON STEAM TURBINES CAN BE USED TO DESIGN POWER PLANTS APPROACHING 100% EFFICIENCY INCLUDING NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS. THE NEED FOR THESE IN TEMPERATE CLIMATES IS FAR LESS GIVEN THE ABOVE. THUS THE POTENTIAL FOR FUEL SAVINGS APPROACHES A POSSIBLE 75% WORLDWIDE.

DESIGNING A NESTED PISTON TURBINE I BELIEVE WOULD BE EASIER THAN DESIGNING A NESTED PISTON ENGINE, HOWEVER I AM NOT CERTAIN. BOTH WILL REQUIRE UP TO 100'S OF HOURS IN NOT 1000'S FOR A WORKABLE DESIGN, THEN MATERIALS, THEN MANUFACTURING, MACHINING, CASTING, ETC. THEN TESTING AND SUBMITTING THE NON-PROVISIONAL APPLICATION.

4.  WHAT IT WOULD BE WORTH TO NEARLY ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR NUCLEAR POWER TO EVERYBODY ON EARTH?

GOOD: START CORPORATION ON MY OWN. BETTER: HIRE AN MBA.  REASON: FOR MANY CORPORATIONS IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL FOR ALL ENGINE AND TURBINE MANUFACTURERS TO PREVENT ME FROM OBTAINING A PATENT. SO I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A SORT OF PREEMPTIVE DEFENSE

GOOD: PURCHASE SOLIDWORKS MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SOFTWARE. BETTER: PURCHASE SOLIDWORKS AND HIRE AN ENGINEER.

GOOD: WAR CHEST WITH $50,000 TO DESIGN AND DEVELOP A PROTOTYPE. BETTER: $1.5 MILLION
